Responsibilities

• Assist in researching, analyzing, and identifying opportunities to integrate AI solutions into our existing application features.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of AI-driven strategies to optimize customer engagement and community outreach programs.
• Gather and analyze data to support AI model development and evaluate the effectiveness of deployed solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical AI project ideas.
• Support the creation of reports and presentations on AI project progress, findings, and recommendations.
• Actively learn about new AI technologies, tools, and best practices, proposing innovative ways to apply them.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in the first or second year of a Bachelor's degree program with a major in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong interest and a hunger to learn about Artificial Intelligence and its business applications.
• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to take on new challenges.
• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and apply them practically.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to generate qualified opportunities for our Salesforce products and services. The candidate should have experience in B2B SaaS/IT sales, strong communication skills, and familiarity with AI-powered sales tools and modern prospecting techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, referrals, and social selling.

• Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations.

• Conduct discovery calls and understand customer pain points.

• Engage multiple stakeholders within target accounts (CXOs, IT Heads, Operations, Business Users).

• Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Salesforce Agentforce for research and personalized outreach.

• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, 6sense, and Clearbit for intent-based prospecting.

• Create personalized video outreach using Loom or Vidyard.

• Maintain CRM hygiene and manage pipeline in Salesforce.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve conversions.

• Track KPIs and continuously optimize outreach.

• Design and run various outreach campaigns like email, LinkedIn etc

Required Skills

• 0.6–3 years of B2B Inside Sales, SDR, or Business Development experience.

• Experience selling SaaS, Salesforce solutions, CRM software, or IT services.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

• Strong objection handling and consultative selling skills.

• Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar CRM platforms.

• Ability to work in US business hours.
