Long-term vision

Proof that can travel with the person

Candidates should not have to re-prove the same skills for every company, on every platform. WorkProof is our name for a structured, evidence-backed professional graph, and for an open draft that other providers can implement too.

Open WorkProof schema (GitHub)

The problem

Most profiles are still self-reported claims. You say you know React. You say you shipped at scale. The reader has no structural way to know what is true.

Even when proof is real, it often lives inside one company process or one product. You finish an assessment for role A, then start over for role B. Same person. Fresh tax.

What the protocol is for

WorkProof is meant to be a shared shape for verified skill clusters, evidence citations, and consent-gated access. Not another resume format. Not a lock-in profile that only works here.

If assessment platforms, staffing tools, and employer systems can speak a common proof schema, candidates keep building on what they already showed. Providers compete on product quality, not on trapping the proof.

What TalentProof ships today

Today, TalentProof is an early implementation: role-specific assessments, a verified scorecard, and an optional WorkProof section on a public profile that can blend assessment signal with GitHub activity when a candidate connects it.

The open schema is ahead of the full product. Collaboration graphs, employer attestations, and multi-provider interchange are still on the protocol roadmap.
